Raffles City: an aluminum
sphere shopping complex houses 2 hotels, several restaurants, 1
department store, and many specialty shops. Inside the complex
you can find more interesting shops or organizations such as a
post office, DBS Bank, and etc.
Raffles Hotel Shopping Arcade:
a combined-building of a hotel and a shopping complex which lies
at the rear of the hotel. The Singapore Tourist Promotion Board
is sited on the 2nd floor of the east wing. There are 3
fascinating spots set on each floor: Raffles Memorabilia on the
1st floor; Arts and Antiques on the 2nd floor; and the Raffles
Museum on the 3rd floor.
Bugis Junction: an
extraordinary shopping center stands between the Hotel
Inter-Continental on Middle Road and the Bugis Street MRT
station at Rochor Road. This shopping center remains traditional
atmosphere that once in Chinatown and colonial Singapore. It has
also won the Best Shopping Center award in Tourism Awards 1996
contest sponsored by the STPB. As of the award, can you skip

Sim Lim Square:
neighboring to Rochor Canal stands the shopping complex
specializes on
electronics, stereos, CD players, cameras, video equipments, and
more modern goods.
Stamford House: sited on
Stamford Road and Hill Street. It specializes in home decors,
art objects, and Asian antiques.
Funan Center: a 7-story
computer center rented by over 80 computer shops selling
everything about computer.
Marina Square: Singapore's
biggest shopping complex that sizes 7 times of a football field.
It's a wonderful place for shopping as well as planning your
recreation programs.
