SHOPPING DISTRICT IN SINGAPORE
Area: Orchard Road

Tanglin Mall: a popular place at the upper end of Orchard Road. Tanglin Mall is consisted of Sports Station, Tanglin General Store, and Food Junction which covers three stories of the complex. Oaks Grill and Thai restaurant are what we recommend.

Tudor Court: a row of Tudor shops just adjacent to Tanglin Mall. It houses the Nancy Roach Gallery where you can buy paintings range from S$2,000 to S$20,000.

Tanglin Shopping Center: an older complex close to the Orchard Parade Hotel. It houses Singapore's largest Asian antique galleries, sells old sea charts, photographs, and antique books. There are also several cafes and restaurants in this shopping center.

Delfi Orchard: the white Delfi Orchard complex includes many clothing and accessory shops, a Waterford crystal shop, a Wedgewood china shop, an outlet of Royal Selangor Pewter, and a few more interesting shops.

Orchard Hotel: stands behind Delfi Orchard and is sited by the Opera Gallery which sells Romantic and Impressionist works.

Forum Galleria: sells children's goods of various brands.

Palais Renaissance: a marble monument that houses fashionable clothes like Gianni Versace, DKNY, Dunhill, Charles Jourdan, Ralph Lauren, Chanel, and etc.

Shaw House: a place where you can go shopping and enter the world of books at Kinokuniya, a popular Japanese bookstore; includes Lido cinema where you can enjoy watching movies. Besides, there is the supermarket in the basement and many inexpensive cafes.

Shaw Center: the shopping complex on Orchard road which attracts people by art shops, and Singapore Woodcraft. This is a good place for buying souvenir curios.

Scotts Shopping Center: a place where you can find Liz Claiborne, Episode, Marks & Spenser, and The Hour Glass which sells expensive watches like Bertolucci, Patek Philippe, and Ulysse Nardin as the instances.

Far East Plaza: the huge shopping complex that offers more than 600 shops selling thousand types of products.

Tangs: the emporium of Tang family that lies in Singapore Marriot which has been selling souvenir curios from all over Asia since 1932.

Wisma Atria: a blue complex that is adjacent to MRT station selling designer outlets branded Charles Jourdan, Ralph Lauren, Salvetore Ferragamo, and etc.

The Promenade: an aristocratic shopping complex where you can enjoy shopping or just a window shopping for expensive clothes of both women and men.

The Paragon: a white building located opposite to Ngee Ann City which features men's fashions and various shops spread all over the building.

Ngee Ann City: a complex sited on Orchard Road since 1994 that offers various types of shops such as Harrods of London, restaurants, Takashimaya Fitness Club, a Cold Storage Supermarket, and etc.

Specialist Center: one of oldest shopping centers sited on Orchard Road. It offers leather goods, sports equipment, tools, household items, dining venues, Korean restaurant and etc.

Centrepoint: can be considered as the most successful one-stop shopping center on Orchard Road as ordinary things are sold there. Please visit the Centrepoint if spending less money makes more sense to you.

Orchard Point: a place which its history isn't sweet yet today offers almost 20 art shops on the 4th floor, an inexpensive foodstalls on the 3rd floor, and much more waiting for you to explore.

Plaza Singapura: the plaza has its each floor defined with product types. Furniture, musical instruments, household items, audio and video supplies, sports equipments, and more are sold on different floors.
