Summer Pavilion -
Specializing in fine Cantonese cuisine, the hotel's signature
restaurant is set amidst a lovely garden visible from within
through high glass panels. Passing through the Moon gate entrance,
one is immediately struck by the luxurious interior, which
tastefully combines soft fabrics, leather and gold accents in the
ceiling finish. A  waterfall completes the picturesque setting and
provides an elegant backdrop for sumptuous dining. The restaurant
features exquisite Cantonese specialties, innovative modern
presentation and place setting.
Snappers Seafood Restaurant
- This spacious poolside restaurant offers a selection of
succulent seafood specialties using only the finest and freshest
ingredients. Snappers' features innovative presentation
complemented by sandstone floors and textured earthen stone wall
finishes creating an intimate ambiance. This restaurant offers a
choice of seating in an open-air veranda leading to the pool area
or an indoor section that is air-conditioned.
Greenhouse - This all-day
dining restaurant offers creatively prepared dishes with
Californian, Italian and Asian influences on buffets or a la
carte. The interior of the restaurant is bright and airy due to
the use of light colored timber and glass paneling. The Restaurant
also has a display counter featuring authentic pizza ovens from
which a variety of fresh pizzas are baked daily.
